Factory Establishment
TOPTAI established its Shenzhen factory in 2009. Today, our 2,000 m² Shenzhen operation focuses on assembly, functional testing, charging and aging verification, final inspection, packing, and shipment preparation. An 8,000 m² Dongguan partner network supports PCB SMT production, tooling, and housing injection.
Our product line includes USB flash disks, power banks, and wireless chargers. Moving forward, our research and development will focus on portable charging, prioritizing high efficiency, energy savings, and environmental sustainability.
Semi-automated and Artificial production
TOPTAI coordinates engineering, component production, assembly, testing, and delivery through one project team. PCB SMT, tooling, and housing injection are supported by our Dongguan partners, while our Shenzhen team manages assembly, functional checks, aging tests, final sampling, and shipment readiness.
We support standard wholesale programs and OEM/ODM projects for power banks, wireless chargers, and USB flash drives. Product selection, approved samples, specifications, quality checkpoints, packaging, and delivery requirements are confirmed for each order rather than relying on unsupported stock or delivery claims.
ISO 9001 QMS
Toptai factory’s Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality standards. We strictly follow internal quality manuals, procedure documents, and work instructions for the production and quality control of our wireless chargers, power banks, and USB flash drives. Quality controls are defined by product and order, with approved specifications, work instructions, inspection criteria, and project records used to guide production and release.
Toptai products undergo four tests: 100% full inspection of key materials, 30% sampling inspection of online semi-finished products, 100% function inspection of finished products before packaging, and packaged finished products undergo AQL2.5/4.0 sampling inspection. Our finished goods have a defective rate below 2%.

Our Shenzhen factory address is 7F, Bldg B, No.7, East Dist., Shangxue Sci. & Tech. Park, Bantian, Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, 518129. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment so buyers can review the relevant assembly, testing, quality-control, and packing processes.
